Painless-Our process uses a pulse-arc welder that delivers a small electrical pulse directly to the metal. You will not feel anything during the process.

Easy-Book an appointment using our online scheduler. If you are looking for a specific date, please contact us-we may be able to accommodate you.

Professional-Our studio is a working jewelry studio and school. When we aren’t welding, we are teaching metalsmithing classes or filling jewelry orders.

We stand by our work. If your jewelry breaks or has to be removed, simply keep the chain and contact us for a complementary re-weld.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE...

How Do I Book an Appointment? It’s easy! Just click on one of the “Schedule Appointment” links that will take you to a list of all of our currently scheduled dates. Just click the date that works for you and fill out your contact info and jewelry preferences. You will receive a reminder email the day before your appointment.

What If I’m Coming With a Friend? You would each book a separate appointment, back to back.

How Much Does it Cost? There is a $25 welding fee when you book your appointment. This is non-refundable fee and covers any future re-welds of your chain of it breaks, stretches or needs to be removed.

Chain prices are currently $65 for a Gold-Fill or Rose Gold-Fill bracelet and $55 for a Sterling Silver Bracelet.

14K gold options start at $19 per inch and depend on your wrist size. Anklets, Necklaces and Rings are per inch based on metal type.

How do I Take It Off? Simply cut the jump ring with a pair or wire cutters, nail clippers, or even scissors. You can make a re-welding appointment with us for no charge with the chain present. We offer a complementary re-weld if your jewelry must be removed for any reason.

Is it Safe? Your safety if our first priority. Our welder will walk you through your entire experience, ensuring that you are in good hands and out of harms way. There is no pain, shock or burn experienced. We select delicate styles that can easily be removed in the event of an emergency. If you play sports or use equipment it might get caught in, we recommend wrapping or taping it down.

What if it Breaks? If your jump ring or chain breaks, please hold onto the chain and email kdiemond@gmail.com to make a complimentary appointment to re-weld it.

I Lost My Chain. What Should I Do? If a chain you purchased through us is lost, please set up an appointment for a new chain and we will waive the welding fee.

Can Kids Get Them? We offer permanent jewelry to those 12 and older. Parent supervision must be provided for those under the age of 18.

What if I Already Have a Chain I Want Welded? If you have a chain from another vendor, you can schedule a welding appointment for $25.

Do You Offer Charms? We have a small assortment of charms available and expect to expand these options in the near future. If you have something specific in mind, please contact us to assist you.

Do You Offer 14K Gold? Yes! If there is something specific you have in mind, feel free to contact us to see if we can get it in stock for you.

Should I Tip My Welder? Tips are never expected, though always appreciated if you feel exceptional service was provided. Cash tips are preferred, or you can ask your welder to add a tip on to your total at the time of service.

Where Are You Located? We are in the former Strathmore Paint Building that is now called “Gere Block”. Our address is 1970 West Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY 13204. We are right down the road from Destiny Mall, where Hiawatha Blvd intersects with Erie Blvd. It’s easy to get to from Rt.81 or 690.

Use the door that says “Gere Block 27” over it with lights. We will send you an access code before your appointment.

What About Parking? Free parking is available in front of the building or on the side of the building. It’s typically easy to find a spot right near the door.
